Objective To provide the evidence for the development of personalized health education courses for twin pregnant women. We explored the health education and psychosocial demand of twin pregnant women from the perspective of social ecosystem theory. Methods By purposive sampling,18 twin pregnant women hospitalized in the twin medical center of a tertiary A hospital in Shenyang from January to March 2023 to conduct for semi-structured interviews, and Colaizzi’s 7-step analysis method was used to sort out and analyze the data. Results 3 themes were extracted from the health education and psychosocial needs of twin pregnant women. Microsystem:the content needs of twin pregnant women’s health education(the guidance needs of nutrition intake and weight growth;the needs for fetus health monitoring guidance;the cognitive needs of twin pregnancy complications;the needs for health education knowledge related to puerperium and the diversification of the choice of teaching methods). Mesosystem:the emotional support needs of twin pregnant women during prenatal and puerperal(the needs of family support and peer education support). Macrosystem:seeking social support and network information support(the demand of community support;the needs of information related to twin pregnant women’s hierarchical management system and maternal fetal medical referral process and the needs for network health education information). Conclusion The women with twin pregnancy have different needs for health education content in each stage of pregnancy and puerperium, and there are urgent needs for emotional support and social support. Clinical nurses should construct health education courses according to the needs of twin women, and innovate in content and form,so as to improve the self-care ability of twin pregnant women and the knowledge level of family caregivers, and improve the pregnancy outcome.

Objective To systematically review the incidence of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)-related thrombosis in Chinese adult cancer patients. Methods PubMed,Embase, the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CBM,CNKI,WanFang Data and VIP databases were electronically searched to collect studies on the incidence of PICC-related thrombosis in Chinese adult cancer patients from inception to May,2021. 2 reviewers independently screened the literature, extracted the data and assessed the risk of bias of included studies, and then the meta-analysis was performed by Stata 14.0 software. Results A total of 23 pieces of the literature involving 15 066 cancer patients were included. Meta-analysis results showed that the total incidence of PICC-related thrombosis in Chinese adult cancer patients was 8.82%[95%CI(5.93%~12.18%)]. Subgroup analysis showed that the incidence of PICC-related thrombosis was higher in the publication year from 2019 to 2021. The incidence was also higher in patients with age≥ 60 years old,BMI>25,cephalic vein puncture, traditional puncture method, the number of punctures more than 1,catheter size of 5 Fr,lung cancer, cancer stage of Ⅲ~Ⅳ,diabetes mellitus, history of PICC catheterization, history of venous thrombosis, fibrinogen content≥4 g/L before catheterization and D-dimer level≥0.5 mg/L before catheterization. Conclusions The incidence of PICC-related thrombosis in Chinese adult cancer patients is high,so health workers should pay more attention to early screening and prevention of high-risk patients.

Objective To explore the effect of the empowerment intervention on patients with biliary calculi carrying T tube. Methods From June 2019 to August 2021,102 biliary calculi patients undergoing surgery carrying T tube in our hospital were randomly assigned to a control group or an experiment group, with 52 cases in each group. Traditional nursing was for the control group, while the empowerment nursing intervention was implemented in the experiment group. Readiness for hospital discharge scale(RHDS) was used to evaluate the discharge readiness of the 2 groups at discharge. The 2 groups were compared in terms of rehabilitation indicators such as self-care ability, intubation time of T-tube and postoperative complications. Anxiety and depression of all patients were assessed by the hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS) at 3 times of admission, discharge and 1 month after discharge. Results This study was completed among 48 patients in control group and 47 patients in experiment group. The scores for RHDS and self-care ability in the experiment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while T-tube complications were lower in the experimental group(P<0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression in the control group were higher than those in the experimental group at discharge and 1 month after discharge(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in intubation time of T-tube,hospitalization cost, postoperative hospitalization days and readmission rate within 3 months after operation between 2 groups. With the prolongation of postoperative time, anxiety and depression scores in each group decreased gradually, and there were time interaction and intergroup interaction between 2 groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The empowerment strategy is effective for improving the readiness for hospital discharge and self-care ability of biliary calculi patients carrying T tube, and it may reduce complications and negative emotions during catheterization.
